Really enjoyed the Sate Beef bahnmi (fresh and zingy), the iced Vietnamese coffee (sweet and potent), and the coconut smoothie (balanced perfectly between creamy and refreshing). A great lunch on a hot summer day.

The banh mi at the West Broadway location are always great and I expected the same from this location, but I was really disappointed. The sub was really dry and had very little fillings.

Honey garlic bahn mi was tasty, albeit a tad dry today. I really enjoyed the Passion Lemonade though, it was sweet and refreshing

first time ordering from this specific location and noticed the quality to be somewhat lacking. the pickled veggies in the banh mi were brownish and soft - not fresh and crunchy like the other locations. the deli meat was also yellow brown in color and the bread was soggy on one end. not sure if this was a leftover sandwich overnight but definitely not fresh. the lemonade was also watery compared to other locations. will definitely not order from this obanhmi location again. would've returned it if I could but I was at work with no time to get anything else. disappointing

As much as I wanted to like the Sate Beef* , the meat was super dry. The Deluxe Classic was decent. Coconut and avocado Smoothies were big in size but quite watered down.
