DD service: First Dasher stole the order (watched them loop a few blocks from me and turn around). Restaurant confirmed the order was picked up. Spent next 45 minutes trying to find a DD agent, online and by phone.
Restaurant: They remade the order without being asked to and it showed up 15 minutes their closing time. Very grateful since I was scrambling now for other dinner options when everything else was closed. Everything I ordered was delivered - the egg rolls were piping hot. The tonkatsu dinner was perfectly sliced. Thank you OCEAN FISH - for your customer service and delicious dishes!

We were surprised. We've never been disappointed by this restaurant's food. But tonight, we found the tempura was hot and bland, while the teriyaki beef was "ice" cold. What's more, the beef tasted terrible, like it had been stored in the walkin too long. And it was really tough; just inedible.

The calif rolls were ok but everything cooked was burnt. The chicken was not ed and the $20 lion king roll only tasted like burn char Im very upset after spending so much money on such a bad meal.

Disappointed in everything. Spicy tuna was awful. Smelled fishy and didnt seem fresh.
