The Spicy Chicken Parmesan Ramen was bland. I think they may have forgotten the spice. Portion size was good. The chicken was like jerky, like they cooked it last week and just remembered they had some.

We ordered the volcano roll, Lubbock roll, spicy girl roll, rainbow roll and spicy salmon. It was so good. My husband said it was the best he thought he had ever had. This is a man who has eaten in some 5 star plus restaurants and eaten in lots of upper class sushi spots. We have finally found our sushi spot in Lubbock!

The spicy braised Spicy Braised Beef Noodle Soup hit the ramen craving. Perfectly seasoned and the beef was tender. The seasoned egg was th icing on the cake. The Brown Sugar Boba Milk Tea did everything to cool down my mouth after a spicy meal.
