I should've checked out the reviews before ordering. There is skin on the Shrimp Tempura Roll (8pcs) throughout the roll not just on the tail.
The box including the salmon roll was steaming a bit, partially cooking the salmon topper. The way the fish was cut included chewy and tough connective tissue.

Tempura shrimp was really good. Sushi roll had a fishy smell. Seaweed salad was cold and refreshing.
