The steak is never medium-rare, never. What’s the point of even asking? Every time I’ve ordered, I’ve been disappointed. I can’t stand well-done steak.
On the other hand, your sides are chef’s kiss, absolutely delicious! I could toss the steak and just eat them on their own. Love it!
Please, kindly ask your takeout staff to double-check steak temperature requests. Pretty please!

Barely got a mix of meats like I order (1lb of chosen meats); it was almost all top sirloin, and it was cooked well done, not medium like I specified. The sirloin was so tough and chewy it was terrible.
