Didnt realize the queso blanco was going to be so small for $11, or I probably would have skipped it. Thats not what the low stars is for though. I ordered chicken strips for my kid, I know I shouldn't have high expectations for a Mexican place to have banging strips, but these were nearly rock hard. Enough ketchup and convincing was enough to get my child to eat them, hoping this is an once off time for them. Steak quesadilla was good enough for me. I would order it again.

3rd time I've placed an order for the $25 cheese dip...first 2 times the $25 quart of cheese dip wasn't even close to a quart of dip, that was not the case this time cause it was full. The first 2 times I received 4 bags of chips and 4 salsas, this time 1.5 bags of chips and a salsa. Good thing is I get to review every delivery rather than 1 review with Google.

I don't know what this mess was that they sent but it was definitely not what it was supposed to be. It was very thin and runny and had absolutely no taste resembling queso. It ruined the whole meal for me.

The food is lower quality than in the past, with prices equivalent to fine dining. The prices on the OTB website are less than on DD, but, by the time you pay all of the fees on their site you can actually save using DD. Either way, OTB is charging 5 star prices for fast casual tasting food.
