We always get great cookies here, but our order last Friday for my son's birthday was awful. The cookies didn't even look like the ones we normally get. The banana was an awful bright yellow and the fruity pebble was a glob on top of the cookie. Very disappointed.

I I've ordered from here several times I absolutely love this cookie. I actuallyordered 2 M&M cookmi the driver was not told they were out of them. I called & was inf th cancelled them. Then when I took a bite of the salted pretzel cookie it was very dry, thin & crumbly also did not have much choc plate topping I called the shop & spoke to a you lady who took my info & said someone would get back tome about a refund. I ALWAYS love these cookies & was suprised this was was NOT GOOD at all. I would still order from them if the ussuseis resolved & iget the quality of cookie i'mused to. For $6.50 it should be made & taste well. I guess they were busy but that's not really an excuse. Looking forwardto see how this store handles the issue so ican continue to be a customer & enjoy the quality of cookie I usually get

it was for my granddaughter's 4th birthday and it only had minimal candy on it for what I paid. they need to change the picture because it looks nothing like that. very disappointed
