absolute best pork buns i have found in redlands! so soft and pillowy. and the Garlic Shrimp Spring Roll (3 Pieces) / 蒜香鲜虾春卷 was crispy and seasoned well!

This place is SO good. It may be a bit on the pricey side but it's worth every penny. The chicken spicy wontons are especially delicious, as are the Cantonese BBQ pork buns. 10/10

The Steam Pork Ribs was a huge disappointment. It wasnt even a full serving. Heres an image. The taste and texture were greasy, rubbery and grisly. No meat just fat and bones with chopped green onions. Was my second time ordering and my last.

The food was delicious, I would definitely recommend and will be ordering again. The Pork Xiao Long Bao / 猪肉小笼包 was my favorite, sooo good with the chili oil. The Chicken Spicy Wonton (8 Pieces) / 鸡肉抄手 wasn't spicy to me and I had to add chili oil but they were still good. I wouldn't order the Beef Fried Udon with Black Pepper Sauce / 牛肉黑胡椒炒乌冬面again, it doesn't have very much flavor whatsoever.

The calamari was absolutely delicious. I will definitely get that again but everything else was mid at best. The pork long bao tasted like water and the pork buns look like the ones that came from trader Joe's. like I said though calamari is 10 out of 10 though.
