So good, and now definitely a part of my rotation! The green curry is one of the best ive had, complex and flavorful, not too sweet and the 3 was a good amount of spice for me (I like spicy and the 3 left a bit of a tingle for a few min but nothing too jarring). Crab Rangoons were also delicious and the potion was pretty massive (7 or 8 in the bag!).
The curry did come in one of the smaller containers, not a tall boy but it seems like that's the standard now. Otherwise a pretty good value for the price.

The Cucumber Salad was tiny but flavorful. Spring rolls were tasty but poorly wrapped and were falling apart. The Woon Sen Pad Thai was delicious! Could have used a bit more sauce.

Opart Thai never ceases to amaze me with the deliciousness of their food. I started coming here over a decade ago when I worked up the street. I'm pleased that even after the pandemic there are no shortcuts to the dishes I've come to know and love.E50. Curry Fried Rice was the new dish to try this order and it was really great with amazing flavor and plenty of meat. I come for the beef/ steak C31. Neau Num Tok Salad but I come back to explore the many dishes they create. If you love the D45. Khao Soy , this has become a new favorite of mine. This morning I'll try myThai Iced Coffee and continue with my brief journey to Thai cuisine 🫶🏾

Opart Thai House. Each time I've ordered was a different experience. I noticed that they strive to do better if they know they somehow missed the mark.
C35. Som Tum Papaya Salad
Today, they made sure to give me "Very Hot" Spicy level 6 and I even tasted a little more fish sauce. This dish is amazing alone or paired with a dish as a side. It has so much flavor. The texture with the crushed peanuts is everything. Fresh and flavorful. If you're not as daring in spice tolerance, please look to choose mild or medium. Level 6 Very Hot is my delicious style, but it is not for everyone.

I realized that I enjoy their noodle dishes with Tofu as the protein choice better than the beef. Shrimp is also okay. Today the presentation was good, but they needed just a dash more soy sauce.
Opart Thai House, you earned 5 stars from me today. You impressed me by improving your dishes since last time. You even wrote "very hot" on my C35. Som Tum Papaya Salad to reassure me that you gave me the spicest you've got! I love it :)
