• DoorDash orderPutting a cold drink in the same bag as hot food results in the food being cold on arrival. This procedure needs to change as it is not a customer-focused procedure.

• DoorDash orderThat was perhaps the nastiest burger I've ever consumed. Not sure if Doordash is to blame for the cold, stale burger and warm, jostled drink, but they were definitely to blame for the opened seal on the bag - no beef to Oporto on that one. The burger, however - the burger had DEFINITELY been below safe food handling temperatures for over the 2 hour threshold for chicken, and the chips were so nasty that even the airfryer couldn't save them. My jaw got a workout chewing on two of them because they were the texture of a piece of tree bark. Maybe Oporto is a dish best picked up, or maybe it just sucks. Either way, I can't say I'd recommend. Literally took a bite of each item and chose to not get food poisoning. The room temperature 7Up that accompanied my order is now dinner!
