The shrimp teriyaki is awesome and gourmet style taste. One of my favorites is the crab meat salad with avocado and celery. This restaurant is groundbreaking!!!

I used to love the food here as it used to be consistent, well prepared and very good. Sadly something has changed. It is different, not as flavorful and the dishes are no longer consistent. The quality has declined. The last couple times I placed orders, the entrees were poor and missing ingredients and/or items. Upon calling the manager, he kindly apologized and then said he could do nothing to correct the issue. He said only the owner could make decisions like that, but she wasnt at the store and rarely is. Being a long time customer I wanted to bring my concerns to her and asked for a returned phone call. That never happened. Hence, I went from being a weekly customer to not going at all. I cannot justify spending the prices they charge for subpar quality and service.

Shoyu Pork was bland was expecting some spice, the most flavorful part was the pork and corn. Cali roll was ok. Gyoza was not worth $8. I typically don't leave a bad review but the only part I was satisfied with was a full stomach

Chicken katsu is a must have. Idk what they do to their fried rice but it is incredible! Always great food and unbelievable service.

Shoyu Ramen (Pork) was decent. I've had better from a different shop here in town, but if you're on the west side and looking for a ramen fix, you won't go wrong with this. I didn't really care for the thickness and cooking style of the included pork belly, which is mainly what reduced my opinion on the dish as a whole. The Gyoza was good. It didn't pair well with the provided soy sauce. It's better just on its own. Some may like the added bitterness, but I found it unnecessary against the otherwise salty/savory taste of the dish itself. All in all, I'd give this order a 7/10 (5/5) will likely order again.
