They're fod is always good, BUT they shouldn't just replace an order on their own because the original order was out of stock. The customer should have a choice to change their order to something else they'd actually want.

we ordered one falafel wrap and one chicken wrap. The wrap were good but there was no identification to know which one is chicken.
