The R2. Miso Ramen was delectable! It comes with the broth separate and does have a small amount of noodles included in the dish. I only used about half the broth I was provided with and am thrilled to have leftovers.
The only thing I didn't like was the red ginger, but that was due to personal preference and texture. Not the restaurant or how it was prepared.

The R1. Tonkotsu Ramen was quite possibly the best I've had in the entire state of Oregon. I won't lie, it brought actual tears to my eyes when I tasted how deep and flavorful the broth was. New favorite spot, worth every cent.

Shrimp Tempura Udon and Gyoza were delicious and held up really well during delivery. B3. Orange Bowl was ok, the chicken was too sweet/orange for my tastes and I would not get again, but thats my preference and not a knock on the quality. Overall, great food and would order again.

$12 for 6 small Gyoza was unexpected and had I known, would've skipped it. Soft boiled eggs were ok but have a sweetness on/in them that's unusual and takes away from overall umami. Tonkotsu base was good.
Also, maybe I missed it on the ordering but the meal came withno utensils: choosticks, spoon, napkins, anything.

I love this place's ramen. It's so soothing and lovely. I had the tofu version and it went in my tummy and made me feel at peace. The portion sizes are great; leftovers in the morning were a good thing. I'm definitely ordering from this place again.
