I usually love this Outback Steakhouse and we’ve ordered from here many times. That’s why I’m giving 3 stars instead of 1 — because I truly enjoy your food and this must have been an off day. But this order was incredibly disappointing. My mashed potatoes were completely missing, even though I selected them as one of the sides. The asparagus I paid $7 for came in a large container with only 4 or 5 tiny pieces inside — it honestly looked like someone had eaten half of it before it got to me. You also didn’t include a straw for the Coke — not a big deal, but still. Worst of all, the steak and baked potato were both so oversalted they were basically inedible. I reached out to DoorDash and they refunded me for the missing side and the asparagus, which I appreciate. But overall this was a really disappointing experience from a place I usually love. Please, check your quality control.

Ribs were ok, on the bland side, but nicely cooked. Sides were fine, and the fresh warm bread was a nice/unexpected touch. Skip the butter cake. Tiny, tiny, tiny portion for $10 pus, and nothing particularly special.

I love the new lavender blueberry lemonade. Very nice. I only wish that the salad had a little more of the extras that make a salad delicious. I'm not sure of the amount of steak either, but it was 4 strips. I felt it was about two strips short of perfection.

I wanted to try their steakhouse salad. The steak wasn’t on top of the salad, but was in a small container. Waste of money. The steak was nothing like the photo. It was so filled with gristle, that half of it was inedible. The salad was substandard as well, with huge chunks of the core part of iceberg lettuce that are inedible. The dressing was good. It comes with a small loaf of black bread and a container of butter. The delivery person also didn’t follow restrictions, which is to bring it up to the 3rd floor. It was left at the reception desk. Too bad, the delivery person missed out on the extra tip I was going to give.
