Good food, came fresh and steak was exactly how I ordered it

it's a hit or miss here unfortunately. Today was a major miss. ordered the steak medium and it was cooked so well done it might as well be jerky. I had two sides of mashed potatoes and not only were they not fresh but also two different portions sizes.

18 oz Bone-In Ribeye* 18 oz. was delicious! Perfectly grilled. The loaded Dressed Baked Potato was a little dry to our liking and we did request and pay for additional fixings however they did not add to our order. Triple-Layer Carrot Cake** melts in your mouth!

Steak was barely warm, and chicken was cold. Maybe you should wrap them in aluminum foil or figure out how to keep food warm while you are waiting for the driver to pick up the order.
