We were looking for a late night sweet treat. Luckily Over The Top was still open and had Cookies 'n Cream Ice Cream Pizza available. I never tried this before and I'm sad....that it took this long to finally have one. The brownie below the ice cream was soft and gooey even with the ice cream on top. I will definitely be trying more of these!
