N.1.2 Braised Beef Stew Noodles 红烧牛肉面 and Spicy Wontons were superb. Very generous portion sizes too.

I ordered the same thing two days in a row: beef noodle soup with Chinese pickled vegetables. It was great the first day, but the next day, the beef was tough, there was less noodles, and less pickled vegetables. Inconsistent quality

I ordered the N.1 Lanzhou Hand-Pulled Beef Noodles 兰州牛肉拉面 The broth was very flavorful, and the noodles were perfect. I will absolutely be ordering from here again!

The ingredients are fresh but there's little in the way of seasoning or art. The food tastes manufactured. Zero subtlety. No broth complexity. I was disappointed with each components I'd been ready to love.
