They did not have the item I wanted on the menu as it is a new item. So iordered a similar item and asked for what I wanted in the notes, and they made exactly what I wanted!

The BSOM shaken espresso i got today had the espresso and the cold foam, but didnt have the oatmilk between the two like it was supposed to, leaving a full inch of room at the top, and leaving the espresso shots burnt. I usually love this place tho, and they typically do a great job. Im sure it just got forgotten <3
