Food and bag not sealed like it has been in past deliveries. Chopsticks not included in the delivery despite it being on the attached receipt.

This is the second time we have ordered Wgg Droo soup and what we have gotten is a brown horrible tasteless concoction that looks and feels like watered down leftovers

Fantastic! Pf Chang has improved their packaging process, and everything arrived perfectly (specifically the Wonton Soup Cup wasn't spilled all over) Additionally, the Mongolian Beef was fresh, and the Fire-Braised Short Ribs had phenomenal taste and flavor!
