large portion... very well cooked, the Country Fried Steak was STILL crisp even after having gravy on it. Tasted like one I had in my child hood. Hashbrowns were crispy too! It was all great!

Might have just been because I didn't eat at the store, but the Country Fried Steak was very moist and not in the good way. It tasted good, just could have been better.

Pacific Southern is always amazing. The Shrimp & Grits are immaculate and flavorful. The Chicken & Waffle is perfection. The Waffle itself is large and still keeps it's pillowy consistency. The chicken was juicy and seasoned all throughout. The Country Fried Steak is also another treat which proves that their menu doesn't have any bad options in my opinion. Overall Pacific Southern is one of the best breakfast spots in the whole state.
