Before I rate our dining experience, I do need to say that Paco's is really an Adalberto's establishment, which we did not know when we initially placed our order. I had eaten once before at an Adalberto's when we first moved to the area thee years ago. The food had tasted fine, but i had gotten a mild case of food poisoning, so I had not returned. My bf was open to trying it, and we havent found any really good Mexican food, especially late night. My bf ordered the Super Burrito w/ Large Soda, carne asada. He said it was very good, and gave it 4.5 outof 5 stars. I ordered Three Enchilada Combination Plate w/ Soda, cheese. The meal was good. The enchiladas were very cheesy. The rice and beans were very good, and the beans are made with oil, not lard, which is a huge plus. They followed instructions well, even with a lotof adds and changes. The only thing they missed was the sour cream. I wasnt a huge fan of the enchilada sauce though, and chips were not included. The soda cans were ice cold, and they didnt put them in the bag with the hot food. They also included the requested napkins and utensils, another plus. And, neither of us has gotten sick from the food! Overall, I would say 3.5 stars for me, so an average of 4 stars. We plan to order again sometime, although I will be trying a burrito or cheese quesadilla next time.
