The Taro smoothie is one of the best ive ever had. I get 50% sweetness and add tapioca pearls. Im sooooo pleased with this. And the size is huge! Highly recommend.

Winter Melon Tea with Cream Cheese Foam arrived without the cream cheese foam, and they didn't inform me at all. The cream cheese foam is the main part of the drink! Instead, they just taped a loonie to the cup, even though the foam costs $1.30.
This isn't the first time either. I've ordered twice from this place, and previously, one of my orders was sold out. They didn't inform me beforehand-I only realized when the drink arrived.
Their service could definitely be better, especially when I specifically requested to be contacted if an item was unavailable.

They were out of the lychee jelly topping, so they went above and beyond with a refund and still sent a substitution with mango jelly.

ordered 3 drinks, 2 were delivered and that too wrong condiments. order said items out of stock. Store never bothered calling us or reaching out to verify what can they send instead. rather they just gave what they want. They gave us refund for 2 drinks but we would rather have them call and say they do t have time sin stock and what they can give instead. Terrible customer service
