Both were delicious! I also picked the mole sauce which was good.

• DoorDash orderWe got the Chicken Mixto Bowl and the Chicken Rice Bowl, both with the mole sauce and they were amazing! I was honestly a little wary when I saw how Palmita is mostly plant based with no dairy, gluten, or processed sugars, bc I was like, "oh, no, are they like obnoxious food zealots?" But the delicious meats and the flavor made me realize Palmita are the RIGHT kind of food zealots: eat minimally processed plant based things (gold standard of food for the microbiome) and don't sacrifice flavor! What a revolutionary concept! I certainly be patronizing this business a lot in the future.
We also tried the chocolate Dark Chocolate Cashew Pudding and I was impressed: deeply chocolatey and rich with a mousse-like texture. I can't wait to try the green drink next!
