i ate it so fast i couldnt take a licture, but the 2 queso birria and consomé was SO GOOD, this is hands down my new favorite mexican food on the palouse, ive been here since 2019 and had it all. Horchata was delicious, and on oar with a few of my favorites in town

One of the best quesadillas I've ever had. The shrimp tacos are likewise amazing. We also love the birria, probably best of all.

They say their Cali Burrito is the "best in town" and they are right. It is the best burrito in town "Cali" or not. Also their birria is simply scrumptious. This place is the place to go in Pullman for tacos and such fare. 😋

2 queso birria and consomé the sequel, I also got caught in the trap of eating it too fast to take a proper picture. tacos are decent size but I would honestly pay more if they would just give me 3. Horchata was good but a bit weak on cinnamon.
