ordered many times before and never have been more upset with how the Burrito turns out, the tortilla is cold and leathery, the steak tastes like cigarettes and the rice is stiff and unflavored

Cilantro rice is very strong and they give more rice than then pro ratio also no seasoning

The beans and chicken were undercooked and the Burrito was not edible. I will not be using this Pancheros again. Not made fresh to order!
