My rice is not fully cooked or seasoned and the sweet tea is flavored (which I am allergic to). This was a waste of $25

Huge disappointment! Their food is usually delivered hot & fresh...not this time. The beef & broccoli was missing the BEEF. It was more like a tiny bit of beef crumbles. The zucchini in the mushroom chicken was cut in big chunks, usually it's thinly sliced...bad decision!

I try to give them another chance because I love this kind of food . But Panda you are not doing good . Service sucks ! And the food taste hard undercooked and nasty ! They didnt even give me everything that I paid for . Purchased 2 drinks and got 1 watered down drink .

You guys really know your way around some honey-dipped crustaceans. Solid effort tonight, folks. They had like a 25 min wait time for white rice (which is like Burger King having a 25 min wait time for a Whopper w cheese). My driver called & I agreed to accept the fried rice. It's not what I prefer. And given the prices you charge these days, I should at least get what I prefer. Especially when the thing I prefer is not a complicated request.
