Chow mein was mostly very oily vegetables with almost no noodles. This was clearly the dregs from the bottom of the tray.

This is supposed to be 2 portions of Mongolian beef. Why when we go to Panda in peson the ammount is huge, and for doordash they serve kid's size?! This is ridiculous!

Everything was very dry, the rice tasted like it was reheated many times... Got the Bigger Plate which let me add more items but it was the same amount of food as the regular plate. No utensils were given even though I added it to the order
