I ordered a Homestyle Chicken Noodle Soup and the Turkey & Cheddar Sandwich, my sandwich never arrived, the soup had only two piece chicken and was just a watery broth (see image) . Happened before in my account. I dont understand why employees who dont own the business are withholding peoples orders. Basically go at any panera bread but this one.

Trash. The Chipotle Chicken Avo Melt had maybe a square inch of avocado on the entire thing despite the menu photos. It was also terribly bland and like 1/3 of the sandwich had little to nothing on it. The cap on the Mango Smoothie wasn't on all the way and ended up spilling all over the dasher. I thought Panera was supposed to be upscale sandwiches but this is on par with the slip from McDonald's.

I open the bag and bread just thrown in bag and not wrapped, 10.00 "sandwich" which was so small it was 3 bites. the soup was decent

I have never ordered Panera to go before so didn't know what to expect. Wanted some soup to battle a cold. Cream of Chicken & Wild Rice Soup looked good and thought on bread bowl would be nice. Loved the fact they separated it out for delivery. Great bread. Not much soup though. Also ordered Classic Grilled Cheese Sandwich but that doesn't travel well. I'm sure it is a lot better when fresh and hot at store. There was a decent amount of cheese on it and the bread was good for the couple of bites I had. Also ordered Mango Smoothie. Didn't like this at all. Was chalky tasting and not sweet which was disappointing. Overall, fine first time ordering from them. they did fine, but probably something better to eat in store when fresh and hot.
