The quality lately at this Panera has been really disappointing. The sandwiches were barely cut in half. In fact, it looked as though someone had just ripped them apart with their bare hands instead of using a knife. My Grilled Chicken & Avo BLT was supposed to have chicken on it but there was barely any. Lots of lettuce, though. The Mediterranean Veggie had mostly lettuce with the aforementioned ripped apart bread. This Panera used to care about what they put out there but it seems as though they have lost the desire to please their customers.

This was such an enjoyable delivery order because the Panera Bread management was so kind, and the Manager, Santee, helped me tremendously. Not only was she professional, the manager was so compassionate, since I'm handicapped. The Asian Sesame Salad with Chicken is delicious. my favorite. The Green Passion Smoothie is spectacular also.

I liked the Smokehouse BBQ Chicken Sandwich ..but I wish there was more than 1 onion piece on my sandwich. I literally had one stringy piece of onion on the entire sandwich. The Kitchen Sink Cookie was the best dessert anyone could ask for. It's large enough for 2 to 3 people to share.

Did not think that when ordering a cup of Mac and a bowl of soup I would only get partially filled containers of the same size. Disappointed to say the least. These are the picture from taking it from the bag and opening the lids.
