If you use DoorDash for pickup Panera staff are rude to you and you can't use the drive thru to pick it up. You have to go in. But if you use the Panera app they are very nice and you can use the drive thru to pick it up. Sandwiches were old you can tell they sat in a fridge somewhere.

The Broccoli Cheddar Soup was good, as usual, but the portion is SO small for $10. The Tuna Salad Sandwich, was sub par at best. There is no option to add comments to your order which is really unfortunate as you cannot make any adjustments to your sandwhich. For example, would have loved for the bread to be toasted, nope, came soggy as can be. Also, they didn't put the onion on it, not sure why as I didn't ask for no onion.

Skimpy and over cooked. That was on top of being luke warm by the time the driver could find my location because he was confused by Google maps.

It looked NOTHING like the picture, it wasn't the right sandwich. Its was tiny and barely had anything on it and a sloppy mess!
