sandwiches were good and so were the soups except I ordered a bowl of soup and a bread bowl and they sent me a cup. I get tired of my orders being inaccurate

The sandwich was burnt around the edges with minimal veggies/dressing provided and had gotten cold by the time that I got it, resulting in an unpleasant "dry bread + slimy meat" dynamic. It's the second time that I've tried this location, and I don't anticipate there being a third, unfortunately.

Half Dozen Bagels all came hard and the Cream of Chicken & Wild Rice Soup looks no like advertised and doesn't taste of even decent quality.

Panera is consistently top tier. the Asiago Sausage & Egg Sandwich was warm, chewy, and felt like something I'd just made fresh at home. The NEW Cherry Pastry was also really solid. I didn't expect much, but the lamination and cherry topping really hit the spot and it wasn't dry at all. As usual, I thoroughly enjoyed the Madagascar Vanilla Latte. It is a nice touch putting the stopper on the cup to prevent spilling/messiness during transit. I always thought Panera was expensive, but lately it seems to be the same cost as everywhere else but the quality is leaps and bounds better. It's real food.
