They were out of the Vegetarian Autumn Squash Soup and that was the only reason we ordered from them (lol) It was ordered in a bread bowl, but, for some reason, the substitute didn't come in one.
BUT their NEW Hearty Fireside Chili is great!

The Heart Cookie is tasty, not too sugary, filled with love. The bread is yum! Chips perfect. The Cranberry Walnut Chicken Salad Sandwich is low on flavor. I couldn't taste the cranberries. The chicken didn't have a lot of flavor and it was the texture of tuna salad.

The bagel spreads dont come prepared on the bagels, they come in little containers, unlike their competitors in the same area who offer bagels with spreads applied. Einstein closes earlier than this place, so this is the only bagel option after 2pm in Summit County.

For the amount you pay, you'd think the bread bowl would come ready and that you wouldn't have to hack out the center with a plastic knife for the Mac & Cheese (or soup). We can understand the reason as to why Panera doesn't want to put the Mac & Cheese in the bowl (soggy), but they could at least do the cut-out. My son gave up and just ate the bread (lol)
Go back "For The Amount You Pay": Too expensive since Panera isn't part of DashPass. My son forgot to check that before placing his order. $13.50 + all the fees, taxes, and tip = $25+ Mac & Cheese Bread Bowl
Positive note (lol) My son said the Mac & Cheese was good.

I order the pick 2. My soup was amazing! But the sandwich. Not what expected. Half of size. All smushed. Not worth the price at all.
