No straw for the smoothie and the bread was just thrown in the bag with no wrapping of any kind (it was a large full bag of food, too). With that lack of care, hopefully their hands were clean at least lol. Still love Panera Bread and the food was good as always!! Just make sure the staff isn't slacking on sanitary stuff ;)

While I will always be a firm believer that Panera is overpriced I do still love the food; the mac and cheese never disappoints, the bread was nice and sof, and I love their smoothies. The fruitcup could've been filled more, and the croissant fromage sandwich is too sweet for my tastes. I would suggest placing your order in person or doing a pickup to save a bit and make sure you have all your items, the dasher always seems to forget my drink when I order here.

Very disappointed in the NEW Toasted Italiano sandwich. Sandwich had 2 pieces of meat on it.... sandwich had more bread than any meat or toppings. total waste of money. Will stick with the soup for any future orders

I've ordered a bread bowl twice from this store and both times it didn't come with the ACTUAL bread bowl? It came in just a normal container. Other reviews say the same thing which is absolutely ridiculous that it would happen that often. Basically, if this happens and you dont contact support, you end up paying $13+ for a tiny side of soup or mac and cheese.

Caesar Salad was just head lettuce and croutons with some cold chicken thrown on top. No cheese, runny, tasteless dressing. Definitely not worth the price.
