I love this chicken strawberry poppyseed Sandwich and Salad!!! Sucha great seasonal favorite ! The Eastside location has The Best custmer service!

Normally the Broccoli Cheddar Soup is pretty good and consistent. Today and the last two time iordered for my daughter through door dash it was as good as seasoned water. Very disappointing.

On Friday, January 31 2025 I ordered a cold breakfast beverage and a STEAK breakfast sandwich via DoorDash. My delivery was fast and professional ! My food however was another story... my drink was HOT & my sandwich should've been called an EGGwich as there was hardly ANY meat!!! The store tried to blame it on DoorDash but I told them NO this was a PANERA PROBLEM! To make matters worse the day manager offered to mail me a gift card to go towards my next purchase ......lets just say I am STILL checking the mail
