The garlic caprese salad was soggy. I only got a 1/2 sandwich (thank goodness). The mango smoothie had NO mango taste. All I tasted was maybe yogurt - and it was full of ice. so disappointed.

Not that it mattered that much, I received 5 slices of Cranberry Orange bread and 0 chocolate chip muffins. Otherwise awesome -

Nothing special. It was supposed to be a hot sandwich, but the chicken inside was cold.

Cream of Chicken & Wild Rice Soup
Ordered 1 of this but got 2 instead. The one (or both in this case) I received tasted more close to broccoli cheddar soup.
I haven't ordered much from Panera so I really dont know but how do you just place a piece of bread in the bag without any covering or in a separate (smaller) bag?!
It wasn't worth waiting over an hour. Yes, no exaggeration, and it wasn't the Dasher fault. Dasher had to wait at the restaurant as well. It took them over an hour to get an order out. Must be extremely short staffed. I remember canceling an order a while back before because it also took over an hour. It took longer than this order. Looks like it hasnt changed. Definitely won't be ordering from here again. Not worth it.

was very disappointed in the Toasted Steak & White Cheddar Sandwich . hardly any meat on it at all. evidently they didn't have potato chips so they sent bread. really? who wants to eat more bread with a sandwich.
