very unhappy. ordered Bistro French Onion Soup. it should have had cheese and croutons on it. it didn't! so I got 8 oz of onion broth for $8. wasn't that good. Sandwich and Soup/Mac

macaroni and cheese and Chipotle chicken sandwich and soup/Mac were delicious as always. I have noticed they seem to have shrunken the size of this sandwich recently, though. the past 2 times I've ordered, I noticed the 1/2 sandwich portion is roughly 2/3 the its previous size. That's disappointing.

There was no sticker covering the lid of my drink (where the straw goes) for that added protection to keep intruders out. My NEW Macaroon 3-Pack was half melted because someone packed them with my HOT NEW Rustic Baked Potato Soup.

they forgot the croutons for the Bistro French Onion Soup Yet Again!
love this place in general, but maybe take a millisecond with orders to verify everything's there. they've never once forgotten an apple, wedge of bread, or bag of crappy chips. not Once.
yet they can't remember a teeny tiny bag of croutons when people order Bistro French Onion Soup \:0
what's up with that?!
