The avocado turkey blt was very very good. The tikka masala soup was absolutely delicious. It tasted so good and refreshing with a bit of spice. Usually Panera doesn't impress me but this time I'm amazed. Great customer service as well, they were quick with preparing my food.

panera is unfortunately hit or miss for me. i order the Ciabatta Bacon, Egg & Cheese Sandwich often for my work staff in the mornings, and sometimes it's very well prepared and other days it's half toasted with barely any egg on it. its unfortunate because on their good days its really tasty!! i ordered a few sandwiches and a Greek Yogurt with Mixed Berries Parfait today, and the sandwiches were perfect! sadly the Greek Yogurt with Mixed Berries Parfait tasted spoiled, like it'd gone a few days over. i hope this improves, because i genuinely enjoy panera when the service is at its best

missing a Reduced Fat Honey Walnut Cream Cheese, the crossiant for the NEW Croissant Bacon, Egg & Cheese Sandwich was burnt and it wasn't even bacon!! they gave me a sausage which was honestly bland. the Cinnamon Crunch Bagel was burnt so bad on the top i don't even want to eat it.
