Very disappointed with the Southwest chicken salad. The lettuce looked like it was sitting around and the chicken was rubbery. Ended up throwing it out. The barbecue chicken sandwich was good.

Best value for your money! Soups, sandwiches and salads - you can't go wrong with any of them. Everything is always fresh, the bread is perfectly baked, and the staff is friendly and helpful. If you're looking for a quick, delicious, easy meal - this is your go-to.

2nd time in a row ordering from Panera that they left something off my order. First time was a Chocolate Chipper Cookie . No big deal, I could do without it.
This time they left off a "pick two" Mac & cheese bowl and a "pick two" chili cup! I had to scramble to find something to substitute so my family wasn't hungry!!
Not cool Panera! Slow down and check the order.
