I love Panera Bread; EVERYTHING is delicious! I'd eat there daily, if only I could afford to.

great greeting upon entering store. customer service on point👌 my Broccoli Cheddar Soup is really good as expected but my bread was just kind of in the bag lol I thought they came in a little bag of it's own 🤷♀️ 🤣it's only funny because I don't eat it anyway

The Mac and cheese sandwich barely has anything on the bread wish I could post the picture. For $8 a half a sandwich this is shameful

Spoke with store manager as I have ordered numer times same items. Sandwich and Soup. Missing bread bowl and sandwich (grilled cheese 1/2 sandwich) cold. Salad was great! Manager was wonderful. Will refund
