The food is great as always! I would give a 5 but panera never fails to forget my drink.

I have never had a problem with Panera before the foods aways hot and delicious. But this is the second time I have ordered from them and something is missing. The first time it was my sandwich and now I'm missing my drink. And I wasn't given a spoon to eat my food with.

You know. Ive always loved Panera and their food is delicious but they forgot my sandwich but brought my soup. It's such good food but ths was my lunch for work

Half of a sandwich for $9 dollars and its not even like a six inch sandwich like subway is insanely expensive. The sandwich was like 4 inches long and it was a tuna sandwich with lettuce very simple and way too expensive for the quality and food I was given. I am deceived.

Sandwich and Soup/Mac French onion soup was mid at best, barely any cheese. And they forgot my sandwich all together. I understand forgetting a baguette but my whole sandwich is a little ridiculous. Strawberry Banana Smoothie had a solid inch of hard ice at the bottom? Very disappointing.
