The sandwich was really good. The cold coffee was nothing out of the ordinary-no hint of smoky/chocolate flavor as described in the menu.

Let me just say this, I have been a loyal customers for years! I've never been disappointed at any time. The food is always great! Today, for the first time, my order was wrong. I didn't hesitate to call them. To my surprise, if I didn't brag enough over the years about this place, I can now add another layer. The manager is awesome! Not only did he make me whole, he went above and beyond! Great job Panera team! If you haven't tried them, PLEASE do! You won't be disappointed 💜
