Let me just say this, I have been a loyal customers for years! I've never been disappointed at any time. The food is always great! Today, for the first time, my order was wrong. I didn't hesitate to call them. To my surprise, if I didn't brag enough over the years about this place, I can now add another layer. The manager is awesome! Not only did he make me whole, he went above and beyond! Great job Panera team! If you haven't tried them, PLEASE do! You won't be disappointed 💜

Meh. Untoasted toasted frontega chicken felt sad to match my feelings. Dipper was comically small - but I guess that's on me for not knowing that?? Salad looks up to par, so I guess it's not a complete failure

The "Stacked" Toasted Chicken Green Goddess Caprese sandwich was a TOTAL ripoff. It had one thin slice of tomato, no mozzarella melted or unmelted cheese and just some chicken between the baguette slices. I don't know who is in charge of QUALITY CONTROL...yes I do...NO ONE. Seriously, whoever is in charge of managing this Panera is not doing a good job. I have been to a number of other Panera outlets and this one doesn't hold a candle to any of them. Save your money.

I ordered the Asiago Sausage & Egg Sandwich with Bacon Mac and Cheese. The sandwich was bland and the mac and cheese would have been great if not for the bacon tasting old and chewy, which was a distraction to what was otherwise a good dish.

The Peach & Blueberry Smoothie with Almondmilk was new for me and I loved it! the sandwiches here are always fresh and delicious and who can resist the bread bowl soup! Panera holds a special spot, so crisp and fresh and satisfying.
