Ordered the Chicken Wildrice soup (bowl). Normally, the soup has a thicker consistency, which I love. For some reason, it arrived today very loose and watery. Still tasted good, just had a consistency closer to their Chicken noodle soup. Also, veryyyyy little chicken in it. I don't normally have an issue with this location though so I'll just assume today was a off day

Smoothie cup did not have a seal or protective covering. Taste was refreshing but sweet for a healthy option #imo . Tropical Green Smoothie

Love Panera in general but they must have sent us the diet version of this soup, because there is legitimately one potato in here. To spend this much on broth is a huge disappointment. This soup was SAD lol

Sandwich was fine. Cookie was AWFUL!! I remember a time when Panera used to have the best chocolate chip cookie in town. This cookie was so stale and rock hard. Even the microwave could not soften it!! Very disappointing!!
