I loved the Soups there especially the broccoli soup and the sandwiches were so good. And the food was warm and my kids really loved and will not stop begging me to go back and obviously I say yes because there food is so good so I think Panara deserves a raise.

I won't be ordering from Panera again.
The prices have risen so high it will not be an option for us.
I can buy bread and soup, then make soup and sandwiches at home for 1/3 the price.
The males complain that the sandwiches have more bread than meat.
Unfortunately, Panera will not be a choice for us anymore.
Very disappointing

Absolutely awful food! The manager at the caton farm location didn't apologized once all he said I will give you your money back! As if he's doing me a favor and expect to be paid for this kind of food. The location on 127th and route 59 is so much better . Do yourself a favor don't order from caton farm in Plainfield . The bread a had pieces of lettuce stuck to it, as if they don't clean thier prep station. The soups were half full and cold. Worst experience ever !

The accident made a Steel Cut Oatmeal with Strawberries & Pecans and I asked for no stawberries, so Panera gave me both oatmeals!!! Thank you so much! With a handwritten note! Panera is so delicious and sweet!!!
