Food was hot, and both my soup and Mac n cheese were great. Definitely helped me feel better after a not-so-great day

While we've had very positive experiences with Panera Bread in the past, this order missed the mark. The Strawberry Banana Smoothie was very disappointing as it had a very bland flavor tasting mostly of barely ripe banana. I really couldn't taste much strawberry at all. It's also the equivalent of a small drink. For what you pay, you should get a larger cup. The NEW French Ciabatta Dipper was very tasty and the dip was like an onion soup, so it was extremely flavorful, but there was barely any meat in it. Again, for the price, we expected much more. We were also extremely let down by the Brownie and Cinnamon Roll. The brownie tasted a little chalky and lacked rich chocolate flavor. The cinnamon roll tasted extremely processed and not at all fresh. It was like the kind you get in a wrapper from a gas station convenience store. It left my brother feeling nauseous. I was very happy with the tomato bisque Soup/Mac and Salad with the chicken ceasar salad. Still, paying more than $75 for a meal for two that largely lacked flavor, freshness, and quantity is a huge bummer. The value just wasn't there.

Ordered both Cranberry Walnut Chicken Salad Sandwich and Sandwich and Soup/Mac . Both sandwiches with modifications meaning I didn't want something on the sandwich. They sloppily put everything on both sandwiches . Maybe yall should consider what if someone has an allergy???
And let me not talk about the tomato soup . Creamy does NOT mean chunky . This is the worst Panera Bread I've ever had.

Wheres the chicken? Soup is inconsistent. Sometimes nice chunks of chicken. Then times like today where theres almost no chicken. Wish I hadnt gottenn2!
