The salad had chicken after I marked no chicken in it. The cookies were staled and so was the bread.

Sandwich and Soup/Mac I always get the French onion soup but today I can tell it's been reduced a lot from it's original flavor and color. I am highly disappointed about one of my favorite soup being concentrated down

I I order DoorDash and UberEats all the time & Panera always gets my order right, and the food is always the perfect temperature. I've never had a problem with Panera; 100% reliability in my experience!

The Southwest Chicken Ranch Salad was mostly romaine stumps with very little leaf lettuce included. It was tasty. The Agave Lemonade was wonderful as always, and the Cranberry Orange Slice is excellent, but I would have preferred the cranberry orange muffins that are no longer on the menu.
