I have in ordering in Doordash for several years and by far this is the best food, the sandwiches were warm and the soup delicious NEW Hearty Fireside Chili ,the broccoli soup, Pecan Braid everything was so tasty. I will be ordering more from Panera

Only sent a very small piece of bread (barely enough for one person) on a 2 person order. No cheese or croutons for soup. Only came onions only. Very bad experience.

The young lady that prepared my order had absolutely no care. Turkey and avocado sandwiches had no avocado, steak and cheese barley had any steak, and the salad was some type of southwest salad and not a regular Caesar. Will never get anything from here again. If you don't like your job quit!

It took 2 hours for the store to prep a couple of sandwiches. Driver was waiting in store.
Avoid ordering breakfast on the weekends. This is ridiculous!
