I love Panera!! Their Broccoli Cheddar Soup always is soo good and I was sad to see they didn't have the Chipotle Chicken sandwich so I tried theToasted Frontega Chicken® and it is wonderful..I may add lettuce next time but the taste is there! Panera you have my business❤️

This has happened on several orders: Classic Grilled Cheese Sandwich should be GRILLED, not just microwaved. I paid for 2 rather expensive sandwiches, and the cheese slices weren't even melted. Great ingredients, but not yummy toasted grilled cheese.
Broccoli Cheddar Soup is always awesome.

I like Penera Bread and eat there regularly but today's lunch is hardly edible. Vegetable soup is not even close to freshly made or even freshly opened. Tastes like it's been heated more than once or twice. Terrible! I simply cannot eat it, so $10 thrown in the garbage. Greek salad is okay. Certainly nothing special and the peppers are not fresh; discolored and brownish at the stems. For a $31 lunch (inludes door dash tip but not delivery), I'm more than disappointed and pretty much out $31 for a few bites of mediocre salad. Please do better!
