Food was delicious - Mac N Cheese was hot and creamy - Steak Sandwich had the perfect amount of horseradish sauce YUM

The sandwich tasted great, and the broccoli cheddar soup was very good too.
My issue is with the fact that I ordered the bread bowl of broccoli cheddar soup and the serving of soup is TINY compared to the size it normally is when you order it in-store. 100% not worth the $12 I paid for it.
And I never received the tea, which we contacted the store about and they said that they would give us a refund for our items and that they would contact us the next day with details but they never called us back.
So overall not a great experience. But the food tasted good and I know the tea would have tasted great too if I had ever gotten the chance to have it. Just order your food at the store and don't order it online.

Soup/Mac and Salad Salad was not customized as asked, including ingredients I had to remove due to allergy and no baguette came with the soup. Rather disappointing since Panera is not cheap.
The scones ordered are always topnotch!

Asiago Sausage & Egg Sandwich the bagel was more like a plain bagel than asiago - hardly any melted cheese. the American cheese inside is super sticky and makes the sandwich hard to chew/swallow. the aioli also tastes kind of like mustard, which is a weird flavor profile for a breakfast sandwich. probably won't order this specific sandwich again.

The over easy eggs and garlic sauce ensure this breakfast sandwich is not dry like so many others out there.
