looked pretty! But lettuce was not fresh. It was not crispy and had some brown edges. Majority of bowl was lettuce, skimpy on everything else

The soup was cold and the croutons were very stale. My cinnamon crunch bagle is stale and I ordered the honey walnut cream cheese and received pain cream cheese. For the price I paid.... Ugh....
