The Smokehouse BBQ Chicken was awful. Did not taste like chicken at all. The Iced Madagascar Vanilla Latte was no worth the price. Stron coffee and that's about it. Not worth 9.99

Food is always delicious and put together nicely. My only issue is the burnt breads. Both the Grilled Cheese and Cinnamon Swirl & Raisin Bagel were burnt on the inside of the slice. It's happened before, so their process should be reviewed. Either turn down the heat or reduce the time. The NEW Chicken Bacon Rancher is by far the BEST sandwich EVER. love it

To pay over $10 for a cup of
Mac & Cheese and they only fill it up 75% of the way? it's hard to justify getting panera bread because of how expensive everything is, but this just adds insult to injury.

Salad was gross! Most of the lettuce had freezer burn and the meat was so cold. I believe it was frozen and not fully defrosted. It was worse than a grocery store salad.
